MySistas began with a simple refusal: that any woman should have to carry her hardest season by herself.
What we are here to do
Our missionMySistas exists to create a safe space for women of all ages to connect, share stories and grow together through faith, community, empowerment and personal growth. We believe no woman should have to walk life’s journey alone.
That is the mission as it is printed on the sign at every table we set up. It has not changed and it is not going to.
Who is welcome
Every woman. MySistas is rooted in Christian values, and women of all backgrounds are welcomed with love, respect and compassion. You will hear scripture here. You will be prayed for if you want to be. You will not be interrogated about what you believe, and nobody is going to ask you to sign anything.
What this is not
This is not a church, and it is not a replacement for one. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service. It is a community. Several of the women who come have a church home, several do not, and several are somewhere in between. All of that is fine.
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Is MySistas for you
Is MySistas for youThis is probably for you if you are in a season nobody around you has the language for, you are building something and need a room that believes you, you moved here and have not found your people, or you are tired of being the strong one.
This is probably not for you if you are looking for a church service, a business networking group with a pitch round, a therapy group led by a clinician, or a place where nobody mentions God. We are none of those, and pretending otherwise would waste your evening.
Being honest about that is not us turning anyone away. It is us making sure the woman who drives forty minutes to get here finds what she came for.
